These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the services provided by GreenCore Environmental (“GreenCore,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), to residential and commercial customers in the greater Orlando, Florida area. By scheduling, accepting, or receiving services from GreenCore Environmental, you (“Customer,” “you,” or “your”) agree to these Terms.
1. Services
GreenCore Environmental provides professional pest control and environmental services, including but not limited to general pest treatment, termite control, rodent control, mosquito treatment, wildlife management, and related services (collectively, “Services”). The specific services, frequency, and scope applicable to your account are described in your Service Agreement or service order.
2. Service Agreements
Recurring Services: Customers who enroll in a recurring service plan agree to receive and pay for scheduled treatments at the frequency specified in their Service Agreement. Recurring agreements continue until cancelled in accordance with Section 6.
One-Time Services: One-time services are rendered on a single-visit basis and are not subject to recurring billing.
Service schedules are subject to change due to weather, technician availability, or other circumstances. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of any changes.
3. Access to Premises
You grant GreenCore Environmental and its technicians reasonable access to your property, including interior and exterior areas, to perform the agreed-upon services. You represent that you have the authority to grant such access. If access is denied or restricted, we may be unable to complete the service, and the visit may be counted as a completed service call.
4. Customer Preparation
Prior to interior treatments, you may be required to:
- Remove or cover food, food preparation surfaces, and dishes.
- Vacate treated areas for the time period specified by your technician.
- Remove pets and pet items (bowls, bedding, toys) from treated areas.
- Follow any additional preparation instructions provided by your technician.
Failure to prepare as instructed may affect the effectiveness of treatment and does not entitle you to a free re-service.
5. Chemical and Treatment Disclosure
All products used by GreenCore Environmental are EPA-registered and applied by licensed pest control professionals in accordance with Florida law and applicable label directions. Safety Data Sheets (SDS) for any product used during your service are available upon request.
6. Cancellation Policy
Right of Rescission: You, the customer, may cancel this transaction at any time prior to midnight of the third business day after the date of this transaction by giving written notice of cancellation to GreenCore Environmental.
Initial Service Charge: If for any reason, at any time, the contract is canceled before its completion and the initial service has been performed, customer agrees to pay the full initial service charge.
Recurring Services: Upon completion of this agreement, treatments will continue at the same frequency until canceled by the customer. You may cancel a recurring service plan at any time by providing written or verbal notice at least 48 hours prior to your next scheduled service. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before a scheduled appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee equal to the cost of one service visit.
One-Time Services: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a service call fee.
We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule services at any time due to safety concerns, weather, or operational needs.
7. Payment Terms
Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise specified in your Service Agreement. We accept major credit cards, checks, and other payment methods as communicated at the time of scheduling. Returned checks are subject to a returned check fee of up to $25. Past due balances may accrue interest and be subject to collection action.
8. Service Guarantee
If you experience a pest problem between scheduled services that is covered under your service plan, contact us and we will return to re-treat the affected area at no additional charge, subject to access and preparation requirements being met. This guarantee does not apply to new pest infestations, pest species not covered under your plan, or issues caused by structural deficiencies or conditions outside our control.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, GreenCore Environmental’s liability for any claim shall not exceed the total amount paid by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages of any kind. GreenCore Environmental is not responsible for damage caused by pest activity or pre-existing structural conditions.
10. Pet and Child Safety
Please follow all re-entry and safety instructions provided by your technician. Keep children and pets away from treated areas until products have dried or as otherwise directed. Contact us immediately if you have any concerns about exposure.
11. Satisfaction and Dispute Resolution
If you have a concern about a service, contact us within 30 days of the service date. We will work in good faith to resolve any issue. Any dispute not resolved informally shall be submitted to binding arbitration in Orange County, Florida, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
13. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on our website with advance notice. Continued use of our services after the effective date of any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
